How Do We Proceed The Orders ?

This dress is Made-To-Order. Whether you choose a standard size or custom measurements, our tailors craft each dress to order.

Production Time 📏 + Shipping Time 🚚 = Total Delivery Time 🎁

Production time: 10-15 days（Due to the peak season, there are more orders and the processing time is longer,you can place your order in advance.）

All of our orders are handmade and are expected to take 10-15 days. Production time depends on the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship.

Please note that processing/tailoring time may sometimes increase, especially between January and April, as this is our busiest time of year!

Delivery to the USA:

-Standard Shipping：8-15 Business days
-Expedited Shipping: 5-8 Business days

Due to the current adjustment of trade customs tariff policies, the arrival time of all express deliveries will be affected by the local customs clearance time. Please understand.

Due to different policies in each country, some regions may impose tariffs that you need to pay for yourself. Due to your failure to pay customs duties in a timely manner, we are unable to process returns or refunds for the shipment.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary for other countries.
