Below are some of are common questions about orders
How do I place an order?
1.Browse our collections by selecting a category from the menu
2.Click on any item you like to view its product page
3.Select your preferred color, size, and add any special requirements
4.Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase
Can I order by phone?
Currently we don't accept phone orders, but you can easily place your order through our mobile-friendly website. We're working to introduce phone ordering in the future.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please contact us for change the order information before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot change it for you.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order (for non-custom items) by contacting our customer service team, provided your order hasn't been shipped yet.
What are special requirements?
This is where you can request custom alterations to your garment. For example, if you'd like straps added to a strapless dress, simply note this in the special requirements field. We can accommodate most alteration requests to some degree.
What happens if my order is undeliverable?
Please contact us and we will refund you when we receive the returned package.
i'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
You may contact a Customer Service Representative by E-mail (jimissdress@outlook.com). Emails are responded to within 24 business hours

Do you offer faster shipping?
We provide expedited express service to some countries, you need to purchase expedited shipping. You can note your event day in the order.
Do you ship internationally?
We provide global transportation services
What happens if i refuse a package or it is undeliverable?
1.If you refuse to sign for the package: The return shipping fee will be borne by you. If the package is lost on the way back or cannot be delivered to me, the consequences will be borne by you
2.If the package cannot be delivered: You need to immediately contact the local courier company to inquire about the delivery status and then obtain a solution from the courier company
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production Time: 10-15 business days.
for example: Delivery to the USA:
-Standard Shipping:8-15 days
-Expedited Shipping: 4-7 days
Shipping fees and delivery times vary for other countries.
